Learn why ONLY aggressive food and drink specials work. Are your food and drink specials successful? If your “10% off appetizers on every other Monday until 2pm” specials aren’t bringing anyone in, I can see why. The more aggressive the special, the better the results. Seems like common sense but this rule is rarely followed.
TIP: “2 for 1 entrees” during peak hours is one of the most successful specials I’ve used. It requires that the customer spend some money, provides great value, and gets at least 2 people in the door who normally wouldn’t have come in.
