Don’t second guess the pros YOU hired. You hired the right people to run your business. You interviewed dozens of people and found just the right guys to help you operate. You trust them to promote, organize and fill your bar. Then you question their plans and direction? If there is a record of success then back off and do what you do best and let them do the same.
TIP: Spend a bit more for the RIGHT person so you don’t have to second guess their decisions. This will always be money well spent.
