Respond to ALL online reviews. It’s not an option. In today’s age on online bullys and formats where everyone can have a voice, especially a voice that trashes your business online, it’s more important than ever that you are RESPONDING to these! You’re not only responding to the author but the public is reading along. Tomorrow’s customer may very well skip your place based on an online review but if your response is well thought out and justified, you may have won that battle without even knowing there was one.
